Exciting and affordable physie classes held at Seven Hills Community Centre!

Our classes start at preschool age (3+) and continue all the way up to adults of all ages! We are proud that our club has been operating within the community for 25 years and that we can continue to offer fun classes that build fitness, create friendships and generate confidence that can be transferred into all aspects of life.

Club 2000 is affiliated with the Australian Physie & Dance Association (APDA)

APDA exists to promote and support the fitness, wellbeing and community connection of our members, through the art of physie and dance.
Members learn 4 – 6 choreographed routines throughout the year, each with its own specific skill-set and focus on movement, musicality, technique, performance, flexibility, cardio and strength – all in one class!
